Vita Lumen
(Vie-ta Loo-men)
“Life Light”
or
“Clarity of Way of Life”
There is only Life.
We are One.
Thou art God, as are we All.
Reality is conceptual.
The conceptual is relative.
The relative is contextual.
Truth does not exist outside of the context in which it is stated.
Right, wrong, good, and bad are relative to your personal context.
All things are defined by what they are not.
Opposites are not in conflict, each side co-creates the other.
Opposites are the polar aspects of a single underlying principle.
Every pair of polarities defines a continuum between them.
Harmony lies in finding the axis of each continuum in every moment.
Life is the essence of all things, therefore there is nothing it is not.
Brahman is non-conceptual and, therefore, cannot be conceived.
God cannot be given, taken, created, or destroyed.
Tao cannot be thought about, spoken of, or referred to.
This does not mean that it isn’t fun to try.
If you were God, what would you do?
Everything.
All things, everywhere and everywhen, are all happening, right here and right now.
Space only exists when you divide it.
Space is an illusion, there is only Here.
Time only exists when you stop it.
Time is an illusion, there is only Now.
Judgment does not exist without.
Violence does not exist without.
Suffering does not exist without.
We create these within.
Life craves health.
Health craves love.
Love craves wisdom.
That you believe is more important than how you believe.
How you believe is more important than what you believe.
That, how, and what you believe define your life.
The rock is every bit as conscious, alive, and possessing of will as I am.
The only difference between us is that the rock wishes simply to be a rock.
Will is akin to actors reading their lines.
Are their actions chosen freely by their will?
Are their actions predetermined by the script?
There is only the play.
Peace requires compassion.
Compassion requires awareness.
Awareness requires humility.
Humility requires honesty.
Honesty requires courage.
Courage requires Life.
Life requires nothing.
Any system of thought which fails to seamlessly integrate every aspect of the human experience is incomplete.
All systems of thought are incomplete.
Things are only complicated when you try to understand them.
Life is playful.
Change is the only constant.
Metaphor is the only literal.
Relativity is the only absolute.
Ignorance is the only certainty.
Knowledge is a conceit.
Humility solves all problems.
Illusion only exists when you do not see it.
The first illusion is that there are no illusions.
All violence rises from the illusion of death.
The second illusion is that you can be separate from Life.
All fear rises from the illusion of control.
The third illusion is that you did not choose the illusions.
Your Ego is your earthly experience.
Your Ego is everything about you that is temporal, relative, and manifested.
Your Ego contains your body, your personality, your thoughts, and your feelings.
You are not your Ego.
You contain your Ego, your Ego does not contain You.
You are more, eternally and infinitely more, than your Ego.
We are the expression of Life.
Life is our experience.
We are the experience of Life.
Life is our expression.
We are Life creating, discovering, being, and experiencing Itself.
Life is always living our lives along with us.
Every joy, every pain, every love, and every fear that we feel, Life feels as well.
We are never alone.
There is only one desire: the yearning for union with Life.
All other desires are interpretations of this desire.
Life does not have an answer, Life is the answer.
Life does not have a reason, Life is the reason.
Life does not have a purpose, Life is the purpose.
Life does not have a meaning, Life is the meaning.
There are no answers, only choices.
Because there are no answers, there are also no questions.
There is nothing broken, there is nothing to fix.
The only salvation is the realization that you don’t need saving.
All things are, precisely and perfectly, as they are.
All things that can change, must.
If all else fails, wait.
[What happens when we die?]
You don’t have to go home, but you can’t stay here.
All that I do is showing you what is going on.
There is only one thing I see, the image of God.
