Ongoing Process

In the last three days, I have finally gotten rid of two old vehicles: my old car and my old bike.  I drove the car for 10 years and 125,000 miles.  It was donated to Good News Garage.  I had the bike for 4 years and probably 50 miles (it hurt my back, so I hardly ever rode it).  It was sent to the annual bike swap at Skirack.

The car needed to go about five months ago.  The bike needed to go about three years ago.

A vehicle is a device which is used to propel oneself towards one’s destination.  These vehicles no longer carried me, but I kept them around anyway.  It was easier, somehow.

Now they are gone and there is space where they used to be.
