Home is where the house is
I’ve decided that I want to buy a house. Wherever I wind up, I really want to settle down for a least a few years. I’ve been a roving wanderer for too many years now and I want a residence that will stay put. Also, I’d like to stop throwing away money on rent. I figure I can get a small 2br/1b for $125k or so with a $750 payment, or something resembling that. And I think I would like that house to be in Ithaca, NY. So, powers of the universe, get to it!
