The freedom to marry is coming to Vermont!!!
I knew there was a reason I put up with the winters here. 
OK, I’m not a Christian, but this sounds pretty freakin’ awesome. The 40/40 from Solid Rock Outdoor Ministries is forty days and forty nights of outdoor skills, leadership development, and worship. I think it’s probably too late for it this year (the tuition is due in eleven days!), but wow it feels like just the sort of thing I’ve been looking for. I’m leery about spending that much time with Christians, but this seems like the sort of thing that might put off both the hard-assed fundies and the glassy-eyed fruitcakes. If the people are of quality, the program could be absolutely incredible. I sent them an email, just in case.
